Coating a Storefront Floor?

One thing we always stress here is that every floor is unique. Take this auto-parts storefront for example. Upon initial inspection, one might think that a durable epoxy which can take considerate degree of foot traffic is the major requirement. But take a look at a big aspect of this floor - as a whole - that needed to be considered. The large windows contribute to a significant amount of sunlight that can come into contact with the floor during the day. As a result, our team took the extra step to ensure that a 100% UV-resistant clear coat was used to finish this floor to make sure that any discolouration from UV rays would be prevented. Although this may seem like a simple addition the major message here is that when we coat a floor, we don't just look at what the floor will be taking, directly. We look at the space as a whole and determine any other major influences that can and potentially, will, affect the floor. All floors are unique and we ensure that we establish an optimal system that will perform for your space - whether it be a commercial 8100sqft floor like this one or a small residential floor.
